Seem that open ai gp4 vision dont support SVG files so we cant generate alt text for SVGs a fix could be convert It to PNG before send to openai

This is not possible because people upload SVG for a reason and if we convert their SVG files to png this defeats the purpose. And OpenAI doesn't support SVG files yet.
We'll implement this feature as soon as OpenAI starts supporting this.
